• Information Systems and Internal Controls. We can consult with you about your information and internal control needs, review the personnel and computer systems which make up your current information systems, advise you on your improvement options, and assist you in implementing improvements.

• Budgets, Forecasts and Projections. We can prepare, or assist you in preparing, forecasts of net income or cash flows from current operations and projections of the financial impact of an expansion, acquisition or other business change.

• Business Financing. We can consult with you about your current and future financing needs, advise you on ways to improve your chances of obtaining the type of financing you need, and assist you in obtaining new financing.

• Part-time Controller.
