Carolyn Mayes, the founder, has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1987.  She has over 20 years of experience in public accounting and private industry.  Including supervising audits with Deloitte & Touche (formerly Deloitte Haskins & Sells).  She has worked with a wide range of businesses from Fortune 500 to small entrepreneurial companies.

Carolyn is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center, the California State Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Fraud Examiners.  She is also a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
